Learning from what’s been tried before. British NHS.

Over the years, we the people have been led to believe that progressives, also known as higher education academia, liberals, politicians called democrats (and many republicans too), and socialists/Marxists were the experts continually providing Americans with all that expert advice on how we needed to live our lives.   They’ve insisted they had our best interests in mind.   They’ve insisted they had the evidence.  Just as we’ve seen in the UNIPCC temperature data to manufacture the GW agenda, the evidence was tampered with.  Now we’ve learned that there really is a brotherhood of journolisters conspiring behind the scenes.   Independent news broadcasters?   Yeah sure, we bought that line.   You’ve seen the news broadcasts over the years telling us that the “experts” have discovered . . . . blah blah blah, and that . . . . blah blah blah was good for us.   It continues on for weeks as daily sound bites.   Repeating something over and over will finally sink in and soon the “we the people” will fall in line and behave as sheep.

The progressive expert scientists have told us the world began with a big bang, but how can nothing make a bang?   From that we have had blah, blah, and more blah about how removing the Ten Commandments from schools was about separating church and state and that it was really really good for us to be quiet as there are those who might get offended.  We were told that banning DDT would save the earth, but the fall out of not killing mosquitoes was killing millions of people. The progressive science experts told us melting icebergs will flood our lands unless we abandon our vehicles and comfy lifestyles, but suspend a glass with ice and water in a bathtub and it won’t flood over the tub.  How many melted ice bergs will it take to raise 71% of the earth’s surface to flood stage?  Blah blah blah.   Are those experts secretly building an ark somewhere?  Now, even a Christian denomination has accepted the . . . blah blah blah and are allowing celibate homosexual priests to be sexually active.   Huh?  Scientific studies said they have an abnormal gene and can’t help it?  Experts?  How can a government funded scientific study be seriously taken as seriously scientific?

So now the experts have a plan to provide health care and insurance for everyone, and it would dramatically improve our health care system, and . . . it will really be affordable for everyone, of course.  So say the experts.  It will revolutionize American health care.  No one will be without insurance.   You will no longer have to worry about a health emergency wiping out the bank account.  Children will be covered for all their growing up wheezes and accidents, and gang members can get treatments too.  The ones with previously existing conditions will be covered removing the anxiety and decisions of paying the high cost of insurance or feeding the family.  Yes, it all sounds so morally right.  It all sounds so caring, so charitable, so timely.  How could anyone stand against such a utopia?   No worries from here on out.  The experts will take care of Grandma too.  Trust them.  The congressional committee “studies” confirm the experts.

The story will be similar to what is happening right now to the British system started in 1948.

Practical details of the plan are still sketchy. But its aim is clear: to shift control of England’s $160 billion annual health budget from a centralized bureaucracy to doctors at the local level. Under the plan, $100 billion to $125 billion a year would be meted out to general practitioners, who would use the money to buy services from hospitals and other health care providers.

The plan would also shrink the bureaucratic apparatus, in keeping with the government’s goal to effect $30 billion in “efficiency savings” in the health budget by 2014 and to reduce administrative costs by 45 percent. Tens of thousands of jobs would be lost because layers of bureaucracy would be abolished.   Read it all. . .

How long will it take our leaders, our experts to learn from historical accounts of what’s been tried before by previous “experts”?

Now weather-station-gate comes to light.

No doubt you’ve heard and have been reading about climategate, amazongate and the other misdeeds of the scientists of the UN IPCC.

But now, there’s been a substantial amount of fraudulent finagling discovered of the basic facts that the scientists used to establish their theories.  At the core of the entire climate changing theories are the weather stations that have been gathering the data to substantiate their claims of man made global warming trends.

And now weatherstationgate makes the front page news.  At least in the UK it does in this article in the Telegraph.co.uk: “UN global warming data skewed by heat from planes and buildings.”

The findings are set to cast further doubt on evidence put forward by the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) which claims the science supporting rising temperatures is unequivocal.

The report co-written by Anthony Watts, an American meteorologist and climate sceptic, shows photographs of weather stations near heat-generating equipment which could be distorting their readings.

Back in 2007, the light of day about the weather stations had already been exposed.  See my post of November 2007: “Temperature Station Guidelines”

For the complete list of weather stations in unusual sites see: SurfaceStation.org for odd sites.

And now the question arises, what will the politicians say or do about the substantial information exposing the UN IPCC claims of global warming looming catastrophes based on scientifically accurate data.    The politicians will want to save face first and foremost, as an admission of being led astray, of being gullible and then that feeling of being wronged by the people they were betting their sustainable power on, is as common to a politician as not having a Kennedy or a Murtha sitting in Washington.

We the people can help the incumbents save face.  Un-elect them.  Pull the plug on their feeling of ownership to the office.  They can then go home saying the election process was broken, the people were betrayed, the voting machines were rigged, etc. and etc.

It would be a win win situation.

Global Warming falls from grace.

All is not well for the global warming advocates.

The people have been led down the slippery path of deceit by the UN IPCC and now it’s all falling apart, the dam has broken as their faulty details are being brought to the light of day.

The revelations have been nothing short of jaw dropping. Dozens - yes dozens - of claims made in the IPCC 2007 report on climate change that was supposed to represent the "consensus" of 2500 of the world’s climate scientists have been shown to be bogus, or faulty, or not properly vetted, or simply pulled out of thin air.

There was Glaciergate, tempgate, icegate, and now, Amazongate.

The IPCC claimed that up to 40% of the Amazonian forests were risk from global warming and would likely be replaced by "tropical savannas" if temperatures continued to rise.  The Dam is Cracking.  BBC News.

But it turns out that the changes in the Amazon forests are because of loggers.

Truth eventually wins out.  But where are the stories in the American media?  They remain silent.  When will the educators recant their indoctrination of our children?  When will our politicians find another cause?  Will they ever apologize for so readily accepting the lies?

Embarrassing cold

Frigid weather is all over the map.  This could be the worst in 25 years as Iowa is at 30 below normal.   Vermont saw the biggest snow fall ever with 33”.  The UK is seeing snow go zone with 16 inches of the white stuff.  Miami is cold and the orange groves are threatened.  "It’ll be like the great winters of the ’60s and ’70s," said AccuWeather.com Chief Meteorologist and Expert Long Range Forecaster Joe Bastardi.   On the compassionate front, homeless are seeking shelters, the elderly are burning books to keep warm, and some poor folks died in a home blaze in Detroit, where the power had been cut off.  They were using space heaters.  Even here in the Tulsa area, we are expecting single digit temps for the next 3 days.

What’s going on here?   Why?

Can’t the weather scientists do anything about this?   Do we need to gas up our SUV’s and let the things idle for hours so that more carbon dioxide rises to warm the earth?   Get the cows out of the barns.

Can’t the central planners plan ahead to get us all ready for these things?

This has got to be embarrassing for those climatologists, the Gores, the UN IPCC scientists.

Climate Change: the twerps come home to snow.

The meeting of the great minds of the world at Copenhagen is over and what can they show as having any affect on the changing climate?   1200 Limos and hundreds of private jets showed the world their sincerity.   They claim that carbon dioxide is ruining the planets atmosphere.  Not even googols of men could ruin this atmosphere.  What arrogance.

Nada.   Nothing.  Absolutely nothing that man does can change the way climate changes of it’s own accord.  It’s natural.  It’s governed by creation, by the natural laws of the Universe, by the still mysterious winds that no man will ever be able to alter, by the Sun and it’s spots, by our circling path in the Universe and that rotational spin, by God himself.

Arrogance says man can change all of that just by these wonder boys limiting what people are allowed to do.

I find it a bit ironic that a snow storm hit Copenhagen during the conference, whereas over the history of the climate changes in and around Copenhagen, this was quite unusual.   As if God was speaking to those arrogant minds:  “You fools, you little pipsqueak twerps, you can not alter the way my laws work.”   “Your scheme is being exposed for what it is: folly.”   “Your deceit upon all of mankind is being exposed.”   “Your desire to harm the freedoms I myself have imparted upon mankind are being exposed.”  “You try to enslave my people by your lies.”  “Several other Rulers in your history books have tried similar fraudulent schemes upon my people and read again what happened to them.”

And now, as the so brilliant twerps from America quickly return home to Washington, they are greeted with a snow storm that is bringing the city to a halt.

Global Warming.  Ha.

Change the name of the scheme from Global Warming to Climate Change and it still remains a scam to defraud the people who have of their own accord done the most to help humanity the world over.

You arrogant fools.

Climate conference is a done deal.

As the chairman of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) banged his gavel down on the podium claiming to “take note” of the Climate accord of Copenhagen 2009 making it a done deal.   There’s no political agreement in writing.   There’s none of the 2000 page resolutions that our congress is good at manipulating into laws.

It’s was declared a done deal when the gavel came down.   It was a done deal when the chairman declared to “take note.”   Take note means that “it gives (the accord) enough legal status to become operational but without needing the parties’ approval."

Only a lawyer could invent that definition.   The rest of us lowly earthlings would think it means it’s not a done deal, it’s just a note to remind everyone that the parties did not agree but were working toward an agreement that was not yet fully agreed upon as time ran out.

Obama is making it almost sound as if it is a done deal, stating that a "meaningful and unprecedented breakthrough" had been reached among the U.S., China and three other countries on a global effort to curb climate change but said much work was still be needed to reach a legally binding treaty.

So, it’s not a done deal as he said they were missing the final legally binding treaty.   Then the “take note” declaration means nothing either.   Then as the gavel hit the podium it meant the conference is over, shut up and go home, we’re finished here.  See you all next year.

Now the question arises, how will our congressmen respond to the almost done deal in Copenhagen.  How will the media treat the gavel thing?   How many lawyers does it take to move congress to pass our cap and trade legislation because of the “take note” declaration?

It’s sad, that a scam is propelling the entire world of politicians to act to reinforce the scam: a fraudulent scheme.  To swindle.   To cheat.   To deceive.

Did you read about the influence of that tiny little island community (Tuvalu) of 9000 residents in the South Pacific had on the conference?   The catastrophic hysteria has really hit those people.  The Gore inconvenient hysteria has scarred them to death that the ocean is going to rise so fast they will not be able to get off the islands quick enough, and if the rich evil western nations do no come to their aid, it’s all over for their paradise.   "Can I suggest that in biblical terms, it looks like we’re being offered 30 pieces of silver to sell our future," Tuvalu’s lead negotiator Ian Fry said during the main meeting. "Our future is not for sale."

Tax and cap, or cap the trade charade will be done here in the US and the environment will continue to make fools out of them all.

Who loses?  The average Joe.   You and me, our kids, their kids and on down the line.

Who wins?   The special interest groups.  The Gore.  The UN.

Climate Changes naturally: Let me count the ways.

The European Foundation released a report today, in the midst of that Copenhagen Conference, that Climate changes are natural, is not and cannot be the result of human activity.   100 different reasons.

Hmm.

Political analyst Jim McConalogue, who wrote the report, said: “This demonstrates how tenuous, improper and indeed false the scientific and political claims are for man-made global warming, from claims that climate change can be controlled by human activity to the proposition that CO2 emissions represent a severe threat to our way of life, when in fact there is little evidence to support any of these claims.”  More . . .

Will the delegates at the UN conference read this report and say “whoa, we ought to stop and take note of the many contradictory reports before we do anything drastic to our economies?”

Will the major news organizations read this report and think: Hmm perhaps we ought to spread this information around to the public?

Will politicians all across the globe read this report and and take it as a dimmer for advancing regulatory actions?

Will they?

Why Not?

Unsustainable

That catch word (unsustainable) is being used to define just about all of everything, from the environment as it now is, to the US debt, to the spending spree of Washington, to the capitalistic system, and even our sustainable power is unsustainableCollege Sports too cannot be sustained, but ends up as being unsustainable.

Our population growth is unsustainable.

Our use of fossil fuels is unsustainable.

Our economic system is unsustainable.

Our Western Lifestyle is now unsustainable.

Our farming practices are unsustainable.

Yes, those sustainable experts say we’ve got unsustainable problems.

Life is unsustainable.   The earth is said to be unsustainable.  Everything changes.  The campaign of Obama was all about change.   Unsustainable changes.

Where is some stability?

I could not find a reference to the United Nations as being unsustainable, nor to the actions of tree huggers, the Fish and Wildlife Agency, the EPA, and the bureaucrats at the National Education Association.   So, are we to conclude that the experts at those places are sustainable?   Are they the only stable ones we can count on as being sustainable?

Bear with me, I’m just having some fun with a very popular catch word.   We hear unsustainable continually, and it invokes the fear that if something does not change in the way we do business, then it will all far apart real quick.   If the economic system is not totally changed, then it will be bananas for all of us.   If the industrial complex does not change pronto, then the earth will reach the tipping point of a hockey stick.   If the banking business does not change real quick, then . . . well then governments will have to change it.   If the agriculture industry does not change, then the food supply will be unsustainable and wear thin.

Go back in history a bit.

Once upon a time, there were millions of women sitting at booths listening to calls and changing the male and female plugs around to route those calls to the correct intended party.   Was it a belief then that telephone operators were unsustainable?

Once upon a time transportation to school was by horse or foot power.   Could the children continue to make those unsustainable treks?

Once upon a time it took months of battling miserable weather and endangering one’s life to cross the oceans.   Then the Titanic in all of it’s designed sustainable beauty and magnificence became unsustainable and fell apart.

Once upon a time men battled each other with swords.   Country’s stood and others were unsustainable.

Once upon a time women hung the clothes on unsustainable ropes in the back yard to dry in the sustainable sun.

What were the experts saying about sustaining the back yard ropes?

No, unsustainable had not been invented yet.  But this is 2009, not 1909, 1809 or 1609.   How smart the experts have become endlessly working at making life sustainable, at making the environment sustainable, at making economies sustainable.   These very smart intelligent scientific experts say the scientific consensus way to make life on the earth sustainable is to take us back to those times when life changed as it became “unsustainable” hanging clothes to dry and going through telephone operators to chat with relatives, friends and neighbors, and what about those swords that kill.

After Rachel Carson wrote the book “Silent Spring”  the world changed but left millions to be unsustainable and die of Malaria.

The earth in all its magnificence will still be here just as sustainable before unsustainable political new world order agendas became popular.

Unsustainable: “not able to be maintained or supported in the future, esp. without causing damage or depletion of a resource”

Too many people are unsustainable Climate risk.

God, knowing what you know, why did you put us on such a small planet?

As part of the Climate Change (used to be called Global Warming until the last decade produced temperature drops) agenda is population control.   China is the king in this area of control.  Now the UN is getting on that bandwagon.   The climate honchos applaud the China model, which indicates their desire for the rest of us, meaning the US.

Population control called key to deal

As a result of the family planning policy, China has seen 400 million fewer births, which has resulted in 18 million fewer tons of CO2 emissions a year,

The whole world needs to adopt China’s one-child policy

A planetary law, such as China’s one-child policy, is the only way to reverse the disastrous global birthrate currently, which is one million births every four days.

We eat too much.

We buy too many industrial products.

We drive too many cars.

We heat our homes too hot.

We cool our homes too cool.

We build homes that are too big.

We mow grasses too much.

We surf the net too much.

We use cell phones too much.

We smoke too much.

We drink too much.

We fart too much.

We go to zoos too often.

We hunt too much.

We fish too much.

We watch too much television.

We go to theaters too often.

We go to bed too much.

We produce too many children.

We watch and play too much sports.

We don’t play the right kind of sports.

Gee, if the bed part were only male to male or female to female, then the population problem would be solved.

What else is there to give up?

NASA is not working quick enough to ship us all to another galaxy.

Now, what if God in his infinite wisdom put us on a planet the size of the moon?  We would have destroyed that atmosphere real quick.  Would Jupiter, being 11 times larger than the earth had been a better choice?   Mars is about 1/2 the size of the earth, so that wouldn’t do.   Another galaxy then, with a planet the size of Jupiter could hold us.   Send the UN delegates out there to find it.

Forget the climate change stuff and get serious about developing Star Trek travels.

Of Course: Human role in climate change not in doubt-UN’s Ban

Did we expect anything else to come out of the UN climate change conference?

UNITED NATIONS, Dec 8 (Reuters) - U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said on Tuesday that emails leaked from a British university have done nothing to undermine the United Nations’ view that climate change is accelerating due to humans.

"Nothing that has come out in the public as a result of the recent email hackings has cast doubt on the basic scientific message on climate change and that message is quite clear — that climate change is happening much, much faster than we realized and we human beings are the primary cause," he said.

Were we really expecting them to change heart?    Did any of us expect them to own up to the scam of adjusting the records?    Did we?   Not on their life.   They’re got an agenda to formalize, to set up, to make happen.   And these bums will allow nothing to get in their way.

Conference president Connie Hedegaard said the key to an agreement is finding a way to raise and channel public and private financing to poor countries for years to come to help them fight the effects of climate change.  USA Today

There it is.   Channel public and private financing (taxpayers cash) to poor countries for years and years and years to come.   Funny, but my history books reported that the US was a very poor country at the beginning and not much money was being sent over here from the established wealthier European countries, and we the people made it just fine.   Why?   Well for one, try the wisdom of our founders in setting up an honorable government with checks and balances.

But this is 2009.  And we made the factories that polluted it all.  Oh yes, Obama is apologizing for that.  And Obama promises change.   (Change is all we’ll have in our bank accounts).

Hmmm!  Here’s a very convenient coincidence.  Our very own Lisa Jackson, of the EPA, declares that Carbon Dioxide is an endangering pollutant causing harm to people, and needs to be regulated by Lisa Jackson.   Now, I don’t recall congress passing any laws setting Ms Jackson on course for regulating carbon dioxide.   Conveniently, Ms Jackson is side stepping around congress, as 535 members of congress could really mess things up for her, and well . . . she has the supreme court to thank for the push over and around the Hill.

Here’s another twist.  Climate change is being considered the new terrorist, replacing radical Islamics.

Muslims agree.  “Imam Johari Abdul-Malik, the director of outreach at the Dar Al-Hijrah Islamic Center in Virginia and the head of government relations for the Muslim Alliance of North America said: “America has the opportunity once again to lead — to lead the world against the new terror, climate change.”

Golly, we got to do something.   If the people at the UN don’t want to ride bicycles, but would rather ride in their 1200 Limos to show us the way, then it’s up to us little people to set an example for them.  This is how:

  • Let your vehicle idle for hours while you walk the mall shopping for Christmas presents.
  • Return all of those squirrely light bulbs and get the old fashioned ones.  (Ooops, drop and break one on the floor at Target and watch the fun)
  • Set your thermostat to 80 in winter and 62 in summer, opening the windows.
  • Burn as much fire wood as possible.
  • Trade in the hybrid for a SUV.
  • Buy a real fur coat. (Might as well piss off PETA too)
  • When you see someone with an Obama sticker on their bumper, give your lighted Gore bobble-head doll a kick.
  • Fertilize your grass heavily so you have to cut it more often.   Call Homeland security for a listing of local people ready to mow.
  • Buy a gas operated golf cart and use it from the garage to the mail box.

Add your own ideas quickly as we the people only have a few years before all those clowns at the UN building move to the Midwest because New York flooded out because of climate change.
