Anti-war protestors vs Gathering of Eagles.
The NY Times ran a story about the anti-war protestors in DC today, which began peacefully and then ….. and then ….. as usually ….. the peace loving anti-war people get rowdy and 150 of them get arrested. Ironic. Hypocritical.
And then a few blocks away was another rally supporting the efforts of our brave men and women fighting off the taliban and al-Qaeda in Iraq. This rally was peaceful. It was organized and held by the Gathering of Eagles.
The crowd of Eagles proudly displaying the flag of the country they love for the troops they support.

You recognize this guy or gal as one of the peace loving anti-war people (from A.N.S.W.E.R.) because he/she has those two fingers raised as a sign of “peace brother” just as the Vietnam hippies trademarked the love marijuana sign four decades ago.
Which group would you choose to associate with? Would you be willing to let this person stay in your home while he/she attended the rally? Or would it be some of those holding the flag? Hmmmmm?

As a vetnam Vet I can only hope and pray that this country wakes up before its too late. As these fools scream foolish foul taunts toward our troops and leader, Goverment officals who side with them are meeting with our countrys enimees in Syria. Can this be stoped or is it the last breath of this once great nation. I gave 24 years of my life to this country and I never thought it would fall in my own lifetime.

I always wondered? If about 226 years ago-were there LOYALISTS marching down Market Square dressed up as MINUTEMEN with Fake Blood thrown all over themselves? and did they carry signs that read,
“…Washington Lied! ” or ” Hey George Washington? Where’s those WMD’s?!” or how about ” NO INDEPENDENCE FOR OIL! ” !
We will never know though- guess Kodak was a few hundreds years off for us to have any proof if that ever happened!
